This article describes what happens when you sign in to Peak for the first time.

Before you start

To get access to your Peak tenant you will first need an email invite from your Peak Customer Success Associate (CSA) or Peak system administrator. The email contains everything you’ll need to get started.


Make sure you have provided your CSA or system administrator with a suitable email address as it will be used as part of your account sign-in details.


The invitation email

You will receive an email from no-reply@peak.ai with the subject Peak.


The email contains:


  • A link to take you to a password creation page
  • Your organization name:
    This is the organization (tenant) that you have been added to by your CSA or system administrator.
  • Your email ID for Peak.
  • The URL for your tenant.

The invitation link is valid for seven days.
If your link has expired, contact your CSA or system administrator for assistance.


The sign-in process

To get your account up and running, complete these steps:

  1. Click the link in the email and choose a password.
  2. Sign-in for the first time
  3. Set up a display name
  4. Start using Peak!


Choosing a password

After clicking the invitation link, you will be redirected to the Peak Change Password screen. 

Enter suitable password and re-confirm it.

Your password must:

  • Be at least eight characters in length
  • Contain at least three of the following types of characters:
  • Lowercase letters (a-z)
  • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Special characters (! @ # $ % ^ & *)
  • Click the blue button to continue.

Signing-in for the first time

After creating a password, you will be redirected to the login page for your tenant:

  1. Enter the name of your organization.
    This can be found in your invite email.
  2. Click UPDATE.
    Peak will create your profile and take you to your Home screen.

You can also login via Google or Microsoft if your email account is registered with them.


Choosing a name

  1. Once you have signed-in successfully, enter your first and last name.
    This will be used as your display name in Peak and system-generated emails.
    We recommend that you use your formal name so that it can be easily recognised by colleagues.
  2. Click UPDATE.
    Peak will take you to your Home screen.
    You will also receive a Welcome Onboard email to help you to get started.
